Coldstream IPA
Our love song to the New World American hops we love so much. A medium bodied beer with a firm bitterness that lingers after each sip.

Coldstream Pale Ale
Features a soft, smooth malt base that allows the vibrant hops to shine, resulting in a beer focused on balance and drinkability. Finishes dry with a gentle bitterness.

Coldstream Pilsner
Brewed in the traditional Czech Republic style, our pilsner is a clean, crisp lager with Saaz hop aromatics and a dry finish. A light, hop-forward, drinkable lager.

Coldstream Golden Ale
The ideal, fruity summer drink. A little ray of sunshine condensed into a bottle with hops carefully selected to boost the tropical fruit aromas and restrained malt bill.

Coldstream Porter
Named after the London porters who adored this complex black ale, our porter is a rich, sustaining brew with layers upon layers of flavour. Full flavoured with a dry finish, it is ideal for sipping by the fire.

Coldstream Apple Cider
What’s better than the taste of crisp, clean apples? Our cider is made using our unique family recipe. With a medium dry taste, we crush local, Victorian grown apples and cold ferment them with champagne yeast.

Coldstream Pear and Apple Cider
Light in your mouth with a sparkling, moreish finish, our pear and apple cider is a mix of local, Victorian grown fruit. This results in a medium sweet cider that is easy to drink. And, like our apple cider, it is naturally gluten free and vegan.

Coldstream Mojo Cider
A combination of apple cider brewed with lime, and mint, our Mojo cider is a refreshing twist on Cuba’s classic Mojito. Made from 100% Victorian apples, it is the perfect celebration of summer.
