We’ve been making Apple Cider since we opened back in 2007 and while we try not to toot our own horn too much, everyone’s loving it. So we decided it was time to take the next step.
Introducing: Coldstream Pear Cider.
(Okay, so we haven’t branched out that far, but when you’re on to something good why mess with it?)
We’ve had this on tap in the brewery for a few months now, and it’s been going down a treat, so make sure you pop by for a glass or two. We’re keeping it to kegs only at the moment, but keep an ear to the ground for more news in the future.
It’s got that same light fizz that our Apple Cider fans have come to love, but with masses of delightful pear flavours in every mouthful.
